The business building here is very nice. The on site pharmacy is ok. I've seen one Dr here 3 times and I am going to find a different Dr office because the Dr I am seeing will not listen to me. She has a check list and that is all she is concerned with. They won't even try to get my records or x-ray and MRI images from my Dr's office in TN. I got no respect here. When I mentioned I have osteoarthritis she shrugged it off like it was nothing and told me that that is what happens when you get older! No bedside manners at all!!
To be honest I don't think they even care about helping people. They keep canceling my appointments refusing to give me refills on my medication so I'm taking my service elsewhere. I can't be doing this unnecessary nonsense with my mental health.
Dr Shailah Bevan's made me feel stupid today. She is very rude. And I find it very Distracting with Bouncing on her yoga ball. It's not gym class. I don't find her very helpful at all. If I could rate this place and her I would give zero stars. She literally told me that there was nothing wrong with me. When I've been diagnosed by several doctors stating I have what I have.
