I moved here from the northeast. I have a thirty year long, very serious mental health history. I asked if there was someone I could talk to, besides just getting medication. The guy I met with was very nice, but all he ever did was have me read from worksheets. It was doing absolutely nothing for me. Kinsey Airhart was absolutely wonderful; she truly cared and took my concerns seriously. This was such a relief to have a doctor listen and care.
Professional and friendly staff, sometimes it can get a little busy but they still do what they can. Glad this service is in this area as there's not a lot around, especially a group that takes the work seriously.
Dr Saunders was so rude and did absolutely nothing to help do not go there if you really want help
Absolutely awful service, from the doctors to the front staff. I was told 4 days ago that they would send in my medications. They did not, I had to wait until the end of the weekend to call them again. I had to call them 5 times on Monday because that entire time they did not return my calls and I didn’t receive any information. When I finally was put through the receptionist was extremely rude, did not listen to me at all. I said I needed 4 medications, I gave them the name of each one. They put in 2.
