As a resident and customer of 2929, a Madison Marquette-owned and managed property, I have been extremely disappointed living here, and I cannot recommend this business in good faith to my friends and family. 2929 is in a prime location with potential to earn above-market rents; However, Madison Marquette's under-investment in maintenance/ upkeep and a below-average property management team has caused many of my neighbors and me to leave.
