ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE! I live in the apartments they own in Evansville, the worst I’ve ever seen! They have no help for maintenance, so getting anything fixed is a constant hassle. They just increased everyone’s rent and started charging for water and sewage, yet our pool hasn’t been function but for 1 month in two years ago.
