I have new AC installed by PMN, turned out the unit is defective. PMN came and promise to replace the unit three days later. They never showed up. Since then, they have been avoiding any kind of contact (no pick up calls, no return voicemails, no replay emails). Now, it has been a month since the defective unit installed. Be careful, they will never return your call after they got your money. 10 years labor/product warranty they promised is nonsense. Stay away from PMN if you do not want trouble.
