Terrible company paid the bill they keep threatening to send to collections. Called the joke of a customer service where the lady repeatedly interrupted me and told me I didn’t pay it even after I asked if she wanted the receipt details from the emailed receipt I got when I paid it. She tried saying it was from a different visit which is in fact not true because I’ve only had two sent to them for outside testing from my doctor. Terrible billing experience. I received multiple bills from two different companies that are somehow the same company. They do not match or listen to what my insurance EOB says. I have spent way too much time trying to deal with this. I am likely going to find a new doctor so that I do not have to deal with this business ever again
