Bill paid and it says it’s processing payment on their own end yet they keep sending texts and threatening messages. It’s been less than 2 months since their path report and they’re already threatening collections.
Same issue as others. I paid my bill and yet I keep getting threatening letters saying that it will be sent to collections.
Terrible company paid the bill they keep threatening to send to collections. Called the joke of a customer service where the lady repeatedly interrupted me and told me I didn’t pay it even after I asked if she wanted the receipt details from the emailed receipt I got when I paid it. She tried saying it was from a different visit which is in fact not true because I’ve only had two sent to them for outside testing from my doctor.
