PMI lost the keys (after I moved out), & kept $100 of my deposit for them! Update: PMI's response is characteristic of PMI: 1. "It was in the small print." 2. The keys were, in fact, returned EARLY.

I am apartment shopping at the moment and came across this property and thought I’d give it shot and tour it before applying. I had filled out a form to self-tour the property (by appointment) and they failed to give me a code that opens the door (1). I called TWO numbers to try and get a hold of them and after 6 calls to each number I finally tried texting and STILL NO ANSWER(2).
