Lived at The Wells. Was never told about the concrete wall being built outside of my concrete apartment. Before I signed my lease, I asked about it and was told “it is not related to The Wells” which was not my question. I lived in a concrete jail cell that looked at concrete with 0 sunlight for 8 months. My apartment was covered in mold. Manager came in and told me the apartment was never properly sealed and I could just spray the mold to kill it every time it grew back. It was on shoes, my mattress, my couch. PMI Wasatch is the best property management company!! They are always there to help and listen to their tenants needs
~ Poor maintenance turn around time for tenant (all my three requests took weeks, multiple visits, even over months to resolve ~ Charge cleaning fees and repair fees without any consideration of move-in condition (their Ztenant apps doesn't save the pictures for tenants. For your protection, you need to take your own) ~ Keys dropped off at a UPS store, they claim they never received them, another $500 ~ Cleaned place better than move-in still charged another $500. ~ They charged to paint door and wall that was already in bad... read more
PMI lost the keys (after I moved out), & kept $100 of my deposit for them! Update: PMI's response is characteristic of PMI: 1. "It was in the small print." 2. The keys were, in fact, returned EARLY.
Worst property management, they are money hungry . DO NOT go through them They try to get you for everything
