This Place Tried renting a property from them at the time they didn’t have a renters license,so I couldn’t.I was told they didn’t need 1 because their office was in Draper.My Sons and I drove to the address listed and it was a office building and they didn’t have a office in the building.Then We drove to a FedX building and was told to put the money in a mailbox(Sketchy)At the time My Daughter and her family lived in a house they managed.Nice house huge backyard.But they never came to fix anything.1 day a huge boat showed up... read more

Lived at The Wells. Was never told about the concrete wall being built outside of my concrete apartment. Before I signed my lease, I asked about it and was told “it is not related to The Wells” which was not my question. I lived in a concrete jail cell that looked at concrete with 0 sunlight for 8 months. My apartment was covered in mold. Manager came in and told me the apartment was never properly sealed and I could just spray the mold to kill it every time it grew back. It was on shoes, my mattress, my couch.
