GOod hard working staff always looking to assist clients. Highly recommend!
WORST experience of my life. Steamed cleaned carpets, scrubbed everything, etc.The house was in better condition than when we moved in. PMI kept our deposit and charged us $100.00 3 weeks after moving out to replace a 9 volt battery in a smoke detector. Claimed professional steam cleaned carpets had to be redone and had to hire a cleaning company to re-clean property. All lies, PMI will say anything to keep you money. STAY AWAY...
I lived and owned my condo on Willowbrook Hill condos in Provo for over 30 years Our condo management has gone to countless companies. I personally never had any problems with any of the companies that managed us except with PMI RELIANT> Ever since they fired the last company and hired PMI RELIANT things have gone from bad to worse. They ignore complains and the place is falling apart, the grounds are full of trash and to have a dead rat removed from the grounds where children were playing, it took me paying someone to do it... read more
They do a phenomenal job at being completely unresponsive. If you are looking for someone to not get back to you through email or phone when you have an actual issue this is your go to company. Please use this company if you would like to lose money.
