We left our apartment cleaner than when we moved in. They kept more than half of our security deposit for “paint and touch ups” The side walks and stairs that lead to our apartment were never shoveled in the winter. They were slow to respond to our calls or texts.
GOod hard working staff always looking to assist clients. Highly recommend!
WORST experience of my life. Steamed cleaned carpets, scrubbed everything, etc.The house was in better condition than when we moved in. PMI kept our deposit and charged us $100.00 3 weeks after moving out to replace a 9 volt battery in a smoke detector. Claimed professional steam cleaned carpets had to be redone and had to hire a cleaning company to re-clean property. All lies, PMI will say anything to keep you money. STAY AWAY...
