Buyer beware!!! Unscrupulous crooks. Stole our application funds and refused refund. My fees were taken AFTER the property was allegedly already rented to someone else! Even though it remained listed for weeks afterward. They ripped off my daughter for hundreds of dollars in pet applications and then suggested moving our application to a property that did not allow cats. After pet applications had been paid. Avoid This Property Management Company PMI presents itself as a reputable property management company, but in reality, they have no control over their individually owned and operated franchises. I have been dealing with a PMI-licensed property manager and have encountered numerous issues.
