I lived and owned my condo on Willowbrook Hill condos in Provo for over 30 years Our condo management has gone to countless companies. I personally never had any problems with any of the companies that managed us except with PMI RELIANT> Ever since they fired the last company and hired PMI RELIANT things have gone from bad to worse. They do a phenomenal job at being completely unresponsive. If you are looking for someone to not get back to you through email or phone when you have an actual issue this is your go to company. Please use this company if you would like to lose money.
Threatening a member of a community with defamation and to embarrass them because they shared distain with pmi’s response time to voicemails and a poor attitude from the owner on a private Facebook community page.
