Terrible property manager. Had to fire after a few months months. Save yourself the hassle and pay for a quality property manager. After the first month, he stopped answering phone calls. Always said he would get things done, then every time I would follow up, they were never done. Very frustrating
Poor management, ineffective repairs. Lack of accountability.
Talk about superb customer service! Spoke to Mark about possibly coming on as my property manager for a house I own in Denton Co and he was the bees knees. I'm a pretty good judge of character, and his reputation already proceeded him on Google, but talking to him in person allowed me to feel comfortable in knowing that if I decide to go forward with his company I would be in good hands.
My rental income has never been more consistent, thanks to PMI Uniteds rent collection services.
