I've known the owners Zach and Will Schmitt for several years. And I've gotten to know their family. They are men of integrity and high moral character. They take pride in maintaining and improving their properties and taking care of their tenants and clients. They've done work for me personally and it was done quickly and very professionally. I would highly recommend them!
Anybody that knows me or read my other reviews knows that I give legit reviews. This company is the BEST rental company in Saint Louis! Period. Jenn is absolutely EVERYTHING, sweet, caring, professional, transparent, trustworthy, attentive, detailed and I could go on and on. She made my transition smooth. My partner and I have been in contract with PMI for 2 years and this by far has been the worst two years in regards of dealing with an incompetent rental management company. As people who pay rent on time, respectful of the rental, all we’ve asked was to get respect in return. Zach does not return calls and when he does it is always to give the run around and excuses. Applied, but never signed a lease because of the terms. They placed a judgement on my record for an address I never lived at and now I cannot rent or move. I had no knowledge of this until an application was denied due to the judgement. No correspondence was ever delivered to me since I never lived at the address therefore I had no way to defend myself against this filing. NO SIGNED LEASE = NO CASE. Well a particular agent may be pleasant and professional when you meet them in person; but as a company, they appear to be very misfit !! They'll send you several msgs ensuring you arrive at scheduled viewings, and on time; then to have them not show up! I waited 30" for my viewing; bc we all know what life can throw at us at times, still noone!! But, I believe that way of thinking, is only for those who are courteous and show respect to others !!
