This company is trash! Jennifer is a liar they will take your money not answer but have others like Zack speak when he knows nothing! I signed paperwork to transfer my utilities and make deposits just for the home to not been getting worked on like Jennifer said. She waited for me to call the last day the inspector gave them to be done working and say she can refund the money. I wish I could give 0 stars. There is no actual building, only UPS. Property Management and their communication suck! Only AI, chats, emails, and texts.
Zach and his team are fantastic, communication is phenomenal and efficient. Along with communication the service they provide is 5-star and saves a lot of time and headache for property owners. If you are a property owner with properties in the STL area I would HIGHLY recommend reaching out to Zach to see how he can help you out!
Zach and his crew are the BEST! All the negative reviews are from tenants who didn't pay rent, abused the property, etc. Of course they're going to say negative things. Ignore it. If you want someone to actually manage your property you own or rent from a company like PMI who will find you a home or property to lease and actually take excellent care of your living space then use PMI! They take every aspect of owning rental property into account. Marketing, leasing, accounting, maintenance, etc to help you be more profitable.
