PMI took over Dunnica & Gustine over 2 years ago. The neighborhood is very bad , gun violence and killing I have experienced since living there. They lied on me and said I was loud and had music blasting and people coming in and out my apartment which is far from the truth. I have always been a quiet respectful tenant. I was the first to move in to the building and see. A lot of people come and leave I was staying there for 3 years .
