Horrible !!!!!!! They took over my property in September, mind you I just started renting in July but all ima say is I’ll be reporting to the news and all outlets appropriate. PMI took over Dunnica & Gustine over 2 years ago. The neighborhood is very bad , gun violence and killing I have experienced since living there. They lied on me and said I was loud and had music blasting and people coming in and out my apartment which is far from the truth. I have always been a quiet respectful tenant. I was the first to move in to the building and see. A lot of people come and leave I was staying there for 3 years . I've known the owners Zach and Will Schmitt for several years. And I've gotten to know their family. They are men of integrity and high moral character. They take pride in maintaining and improving their properties and taking care of their tenants and clients. They've done work for me personally and it was done quickly and very professionally. I would highly recommend them!
Anybody that knows me or read my other reviews knows that I give legit reviews. This company is the BEST rental company in Saint Louis! Period. Jenn is absolutely EVERYTHING, sweet, caring, professional, transparent, trustworthy, attentive, detailed and I could go on and on. She made my transition smooth.
