Folks be aware !they withdraw 100k from our association accounts without the board authorization, we will report to DBPR
I’ve been trying to contact these people for weeks. Is this a legitimate business? I’m unsure whether I should move into this property or not. O_o
Guys be aware ! They withdraw funds from our association account with out the board approval !! Withdrawals of $11,000 and $4,620 for property manager and assistant property manager payroll for the entire month of September even though PMI was terminated as of 9/15/25, and the Association began paying payroll directly to its own employees as of 9/16/25.
