Guys be aware ! They withdraw funds from our association account with out the board approval !! Withdrawals of $11,000 and $4,620 for property manager and assistant property manager payroll for the entire month of September even though PMI was terminated as of 9/15/25, and the Association began paying payroll directly to its own employees as of 9/16/25. This company is a disaster, totally disorganized, they don't know what they are doing. No proper communication with Board members and residents or among themselves. One has to speak directly to the company accountant for any payment issue, and the accountant is almost always nowhere to be found, the management fails to provide even the most basic information about anything. Every time a good employee comes along, they fire or transfer them. I wonder, why. I don't trust them, I'd not even have given them one star.
