This place deserves zero stars! The woman who runs this "management company" is unprofessional, dishonest, unethical, incompetent, abusive, degrading, and rude. It's impossible to believe she has any business at all, and she actually has a real estate license. She needs a complete attitude adjustment and she has no idea how to treat people. No one should patronize her company. I guess her friends posted the few positive reviews she has.
They change due dates every quarter without notice and charge late fees when they’re not even due. Zero stars wasn’t an option.
I’ve known Kathy for a number of years and I can’t say enough about her. Her drive and work ethic are something I hope to achieve in my career one day. My company has had the pleasure of cleaning a few of her clients properties and all of those experiences have nothing short of wonderful. Kathy is a kick a** go getter that genuinely cares for her clients and for those who work for her clients. She’s awesome!
