We originally booked an air bnb for June 31 , 2025 - July 31 , 2025 while we waited for our new build to be completed - During the stay our air bnb switched management companies to pmi southwest Florida - which we were informed about but we told the previous management company that we were looking to extend the stay due to issues with the new build - so we booked till the end of September it was supposed to be completed sept 24 2025 but the build ended up being finished August 29, 2025 - I reached out explaining the situatio... read more

Using PMI to manage my rental property. They have a great team. Have gotten good tenants and they handle all of the details. (the easy stuff and the not so easy). They have a great portfolio of 'fixers' mechanical and otherwise. Very highly recommend.
