My daughter and I were leaving a difficult situation and when looking for apartments I had quite the experience as renting is alot more complicated than it seems...and hard to find the "right" place. Fast forward to meeting Alex and he literally saved my life. Trusted me enough to push for the apartment and we got it! This has changed my life so much and we are extremely grateful for this beautiful, peaceful place on the water. I couldn't be more thankful for Alex and his team. I'm forever appreciative!

We originally booked an air bnb for June 31 , 2025 - July 31 , 2025 while we waited for our new build to be completed - During the stay our air bnb switched management companies to pmi southwest Florida - which we were informed about but we told the previous management company that we were looking to extend the stay due to issues with the new build - so we booked till the end of September it was supposed to be completed sept 24 2025 but the build ended up being finished August 29, 2025 - I reached out explaining the situatio... read more
