We are fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with PMI riverside. In particular, Brad, he goes above and for his tenets very professional. He was very communicative and accommodating. Easy to get ahold of if in need. We were able to do most things like make payments or maintenance request in minutes from our phone. I rented a property from PMI Riverside and when my son moved back from college I needed a bigger house, I contacted Brad and asked him for a bigger house in the area. I didn't look anywhere else except for Brad. He treated me great the first time and worked with me while I was in the old house and was absolutely amazing to work with. He worked with both owners to make sure we could move out of one house right into the other house with a couple of day overlap to meet our needs. Brad was awesome at his Job, know EXACTLY what he need to do. We had a huge problem with my previous property management company that we eventually have go to court to figure it out. But I do not have to worry about a single thing with Brad. He is 200% the right person when it comes to property management. Worst property manager I have ever had in my little years of life. I have posted lengthy posts on Yelp and Google. But here's a copy. If you are a woman, I would not want Brad coming to your place to be the property manager. My experience has been at the very least, scary! His ability to communicate what he needs and why is very poor. We hate having him as a property manager. It has been this way from the beginning. I have used Brad for 3 1/2 years for my house in Riverside. I had some issues with my first renters in wich he was in constant communication with me asking what I would like to do. Once we got new renters in, it was easy with no issues and just saw my monthly summaries. He communicates well when needed and worked hard for my business. I hope to use again in the future.
