My experience was great. Pressure free walk through with my family. Communication is great.
This is the second time I’ve attempted to schedule a showing with this company. Once about two years ago and one today. The first showing I show up and was told the agent would arrive shortly, and about 30 mins later I called and was told no agent is coming. Today I set up a showing and arrive about 5 mins later than the scheduled showing. As we pull into the parking lot I see the agent driving away as they text me “left you can reschedule”. Safe to say if I see any listing with PMI, I won’t be wasting my time any further.
I'm shopping for a forever home and PMI Richmond has been highly available for me and very much appreciated. I'm still undecided whether I'm going to buy or rent yet. But if the correct one appears and the time is right, I will buy. I just wish that Virginia had rent to own homes like my friends and family in other states do. This way you can test out the neighborhoods at night as well as the home you're thinking of purchasing. It's a win-win for all involved!
