Super unhelpful, the yard guy they hired to do the yard does a lousy job he needs to be fired asap. He won’t even bother to clean up the landscaping, he won’t even move a ball in the backyard so when the ball is moved you see all the tall grass, he doesn’t even put the mower in the backyard he only uses a weed eater then he parks in our parking spaces, when there has been empty tenants for a while. Beautiful properties and great communication with staff
PMI is very detailed oriented and very detailed with how they take care the properties and tenants.
We’ve been renting with PMI RGV for a couple of years now, and they’ve been great. Communication has always been easy, and anytime something needs fixing, they’re usually on it the same day—even on weekends. We’ve had nothing but good experiences with them, and I’d definitely recommend PMI RGV if you’re looking for a solid management company that takes care of their tenants.
I’ve been working with PMI to manage my apartments, and they’ve done a fantastic job since day one. They offer excellent customer service, and I’ve never had any issues. My apartments have stayed rented consistently without any tenant problems. PMI is professional, reliable, and always on top of things. I highly recommend them
