Muy mal agencia , les dejé el apartamento limpio e incluso hasta se pintaron las paredes para poder obtener algo de mi depósito que se dio al inicio y salieron con detalles que había desde que entré . Solo lo hacen para no darte el depósito

Update: They are not helpful AT ALL. The statement that was generated from PMI in 2025, and collected the dues, should still be available to the owner; PMI created that statement. I bet I couldn't say "you used to manage the community, you dont anymore, so I dont have to pay you 2025". Not, it would not work for you. Thank God our community stopped doing business with PMI. More should stop. Fast to fine you, and collect the HOA dues, horrible to help you when you need their expertise; lke a simple statement printout.
