We’ve had a wonderful experience working with PMI RGV over the past two years managing our investment properties in McAllen. Update: They are not helpful AT ALL. The statement that was generated from PMI in 2025, and collected the dues, should still be available to the owner; PMI created that statement. I bet I couldn't say "you used to manage the community, you dont anymore, so I dont have to pay you 2025". Not, it would not work for you. Thank God our community stopped doing business with PMI. More should stop. Fast to fine you, and collect the HOA dues, horrible to help you when you need their expertise; lke a simple statement printout.

Been living here a year, PMI doesn't give a crap about their tenants Making a maintenance request during the weekend is the worst thing to happen to a tenant here. They will not answer the weekend, I have a/c that is not cooling so now what the whole weekend I'm stuck with no help from them!
