PMI should do better when it comes to tendents needs. We have been here 5 yrs and everytime we would ask for something to get repair they would take forever to come and fix. When maintenance would actually come and fix the things they would tell us to call them direct because PMI would take 2 weeks to put in the order. Oh and I just got a notice to vacate the apartment just cause I was dog sitting and did not tell them. Just terrible service! I regret staying another year with them.
Gustavo is an amazing manager, we hesitated changing management companies, even though we were unhappy with our previous and he really helped and guided us through the process, without pressuring us to go with PMI. Our homeowners listened to his presentation and we were beyond impressed with him and PMI.
