This company has been overseeing our community for three years and since the beginning has been incorrect with our accounts and financials, when we can get them! They have people owing that don’t owe, people wit credits that do not have... and our financials are a mess! Please do no consider them if You want a well managed company! Would give 0 star is possible!
The worst HOA company around. These folks be stealing people money and wants to add an $100 late fee to the money that they have stolen. I have sent proof of the money that was paid by my checking account and they still want you to double pay with a late fee. They did the same thing to my neighbor who paid with a money order which she has sent copies to them more than once. They never return your call or email you back.
