They immediately denied my application due to low credit, Without ever pulling a credit check (I have proof). After trying to contact the property manager numerous times to explain they do not list any rental qualifications to be eligible for a rental I have been told to call the main office and Sharmon will call me back. Best property management I've rented through! The property managers are amazing and extremely knowledgeable and make everything a breeze when it comes to finding a rental.
Helped get me into a wonderful location in downtown within my budget. Super friendly and quick to resolve problems. Can't imagine myself renting from anyone else in the valley.
This was a very disappointing short term stay. We stayed at 899 Capistrano NW. My partner ended up with what appeared to be bedbug bites. The smoke alarm kept going off throughout the night and I attempted to contact PMI realty management but did not get any response. I texted the number as per the instructions but of course there was no reply. Neither of us smoke and we did not use the stove so I’m unsure as to what was setting off the alarm. Do not use this management company if you want you property to be run or rented efficiently. We were confirmed a week ago for a showing of an apartment. I showed up ten minutes early, and 30 minutes later no one had shown up. My wife emailed the company and was told that they had to cancel. With no phone call or email sent. When my wife contacted the person she made the appointment with, she lied to her and told her that she realized the night before the showing that she was double booked. And still did not contact us.
