PMI is an excellent company for renting a house. When they handed it over, it was clean and shiny, and every time it needed repairs, they did it quickly. Additionally, some time later, I started working with their move-out cleaning company with my business, and they are very responsible and conscientious when it comes to making payments. I really enjoy working for them.
This team knows their stuff and have been so helpful with my association! Their app is so easy to use and schedule work orders or issues. They are on it, Alex is always super helpful when I speak with him and gets me what I need.
Alex from PMI helped me after I lost my fob to get into the cabana for the amenities. It took less than a week and he was able to activate it the same day! Thanks again!

Communication with PMI is pretty much non-existent. They don't return text messages or voicemail, if you're even able to leave a voicemail. When I finally was able to talk to Oceanne she apologized and said she has been out of the office. I met Alex at the group showing and he apologized and said he would be taking over the inquiries on a specific property.
