First I have lived in this apartment complex since it first opened. There have been several different property management companies and this one is much better than the other three. With that being said I have experienced several different problems in the different apartments I've had; The storm Fiona was the cause of the last major property damage I experienced. My wife and I saw this property listed for sale we were very interested in seeing it in person we contacted Natalie and she referred us to speak with Gerardo he's the listing agent. We spoke on Wednesday 8/20 he said he was busy at the moment and that if we wanted to see the property he might be able to do it on Friday 8/22.
