Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. We stayed in contact with this company through email about an available apartment. They confirmed the address and told us to come by on Wednesday. We showed up, only to find out another couple had already come the day before and left a deposit for the same unit, yet no one ever emailed or called to let us know it was taken. I would like to give all three ladies that were handling my application process a great big kudos!! I am very impatient person and feel that I’m entitled to know the ends and out of every process regarding Me!!! Especially when it something new and I’ve never dealt with it before. No matter how many times I called / bad phone connection and all they still dealt with me with kindness, patience, and professionalism and I appreciate you all for that. Thank you
So far we've called 3 times about our central unit going out and nothing has been done. In 100° weather and it's boiling hot in our apartment. The staff is friendly yes. But packs in maintenance.
So far, we’ve been in our place for a little over a year. The maintenance team is fantastic, very responsive. If they don’t get back to you, just call again, they have lots of properties and lots of vendors. The place we live in has its issues but it’s honestly amazing for being built in 1920s. I’ll be sticking with this realty company while in San Antonio.
