Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. We stayed in contact with this company through email about an available apartment. They confirmed the address and told us to come by on Wednesday. We showed up, only to find out another couple had already come the day before and left a deposit for the same unit, yet no one ever emailed or called to let us know it was taken. I found Sam and his management company via an interview where he spoke about affordable housing in San Antonio real estate development. After watched this video I decided to call him and ask him to find me qualified tenants for my townhouse. He drafted the contract in 48 hours and only charged me 75% of my first month rent for the lease only service. I am very impatient person and feel that I’m entitled to know the ends and out of every process regarding Me!!! Especially when it something new and I’ve never dealt with it before. No matter how many times I called / bad phone connection and all they still dealt with me with kindness, patience, and professionalism and I appreciate you all for that. Thank you
So far, we’ve been in our place for a little over a year. The maintenance team is fantastic, very responsive. If they don’t get back to you, just call again, they have lots of properties and lots of vendors. The place we live in has its issues but it’s honestly amazing for being built in 1920s. I’ll be sticking with this realty company while in San Antonio.
I just love PMI they made everything so easy as far as getting an application for the property that you choose and of course the property was in an amazing location and it's very easy to communicate with anyone at the office or if you can't there's always someone else there to get you in contact with someone who can help you. Overall I have to say this realty company has been so genuine and nice and helps you out.
