I lease with PMI as a business owner, Property is poorly taken care of since PMI has taken over property. I have asked for the same conversation multiple times and get and keep getting put off. I highly recommend leasing somewhere else elsewhere the communication is better as that is very important for a landlord. Animal feces pictured outside my studio
I found Sam and his management company via an interview where he spoke about affordable housing in San Antonio real estate development. After watched this video I decided to call him and ask him to find me qualified tenants for my townhouse. He drafted the contract in 48 hours and only charged me 75% of my first month rent for the lease only service. Sam Maropis is a snake. do NOT move into one these units. he has broken into my apartment and left the door handle on the floor and just left, he then denied it even though it was all caught on my ring camera. i also went my entire time there without a stove, forcing me to eat out and forcing me to spend ALOT of money. he in no way upheld his end of the contract
Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. We stayed in contact with this company through email about an available apartment. They confirmed the address and told us to come by on Wednesday. We showed up, only to find out another couple had already come the day before and left a deposit for the same unit, yet no one ever emailed or called to let us know it was taken. I am very impatient person and feel that I’m entitled to know the ends and out of every process regarding Me!!! Especially when it something new and I’ve never dealt with it before.
