I have used this company for two years to manage my rental property. At first things were running smoothly but a few red flags popped up. It got harder and harder to get in touch. Applied for a unit and less than a full day I received an email telling me that I got approved and can move in right away. I called them multiple times and emailed, even chatted with someone on their website who asked for my information and said that "someone" in the office would reach out to me but never heard from them on any platform. I was only trying to get in contact to get access to my tenant portal so I could pay for my security deposit and first months rent but obviously that won't be the case anymore. Horrible company to work with. They don’t communicate or email you back about anything. They also never answer their phone. Avoid them.
