Maintenance had some issues with communication and finding smeone to fix the problem. This delayed the process leaving us with no bathroom or kitchen amenities for a week. The problem was resolved quickly and professionally once they worked out the situation. They did a great job with the clean up! There was some minor damage to the wall during there work. I did send pictures to Maintenance. I scheduled a work order so it can be addressed. Thank you!

I had a very professional, pleasant and fast response to any of my issues. I would highly recommend Jordeen with any of your tenant needs and also Leslie has taken care of all of my lease needs .... Highly recommend Howzer Propery Maintenance ,weather your a tenant or a property owner looking for a complete property management company !!!!

If I could give a negative review, I would. One star isn’t even deserved. First and foremost, the apartment I moved into in April did not have working heat. When I informed Howzer about this issue, one of their employees asked if I knew how to read a thermostat. It turns out I do know how to read a thermostat, and the apartment's old furnace, which was over 40 years old, needed to be completely replaced.
