There is a constant water issue in our basement. I have been involved with the board of health for over 2 years due to my sons health being compromised. The property owner did try to remediate this. There was a dehumidifier purchased for our basement. Over this past summer the dehumidifier was removed to be “borrowed temporarily” for another tenant to resolve an issue. Jordene was contacted due to big chunks of rock salt being disposed of on our lawn by the company that she sent out. I have been adamantly seeding the lawn every year for the last 5 years to grow a lawn. She had already been contacted about the rock salt affecting our animals paws prior to this event. The company itself was asked to refrain from excessive use due to our animals. Then they carelessly disposed of chunks on our lawn. Nothing was done. The rock salt was left on our lawn to burn a hole on it.
Jason again was kind, respectful and helpful. I would rate him 10 stars ⭐️ best maintenance person honestly we’ve ever had
