I rented a unit at Tideview through Howzer but I’ve thankfully been out of my lease with Howzer for almost a year. While I was there it was the worst year of my life. Not only was as it listed as a non smoking unit the second you walked through the doors you were hot with the worst smell of cigarettes. When I took apart my heaters there were old cigarettes and gunk cakes on to them. I had excess water damage that caused my cabinets to almost cave in.
