We selected James in APRIL (even though he said May) because he had an awesome selection of reviews and really great podcast interview. The positive feedback from renters made us believe James would be a good property manager. I was hesitant to move forward because the lack of reviews from the homeowners. We were tenants with James for about 4 years. James is and will always be one of our best landlords we have ever worked with when renting a property. Always timely when it came to issues and really treated us like family instead of a paycheck. We hope to rent from you again if a property comes up!
