Absolutely great company and a pleasure to deal with. James was timely and communicative throughout the time we rented and I would recommend him and PMI Parker to anyone out there!
I lived at a property James managed for 2-years. James was a great property manager to work with. From moving in to receiving my deposit back, he was efficient and friendly. When maintenance was required, he was prompt to address the issue.
We selected James in APRIL (even though he said May) because he had an awesome selection of reviews and really great podcast interview. The positive feedback from renters made us believe James would be a good property manager. I was hesitant to move forward because the lack of reviews from the homeowners. There were some communication issues like when our house would be available or letting us know someone would show up for a repair. We were tenants with James for about 4 years. James is and will always be one of our best landlords we have ever worked with when renting a property. Always timely when it came to issues and really treated us like family instead of a paycheck. We hope to rent from you again if a property comes up!
