My experience with PMI Palms has been extremely disappointing. After moving out, I experienced significant delays and difficulty obtaining information regarding my security deposit. What should have been a straightforward process turned into repeated follow-ups just to get basic answers about the status of my money. The most frustrating part was the lack of communication. If i could give this company 0 stars I would. Completely unprofessional, terrible response times, horrible property management - DO NOT USE.
If they ask you to do work for them don't do it they will not pay there contracted help the owner will not get back to you and will not return phone calls, CONTRACTORS BEWARE!!
The most helpful office that offered to do way above and beyond what’s required and this is just good business.
