Leasing company outstanding to work with. Professional, and handled every request with mutual respect.
They were excellent at getting me into an apartment very quickly but that's where the good experience ended. They are slow to respond to high priority work orders if they respond at all. The dryer outlet vent in my place was completely clogged and the first response I got was the apartment didn't come with a dryer so I would have to take care of it. I put in another high priority work order and it took days to get a response from them. What's the point of a priority system then? This is not worth the aggravation to me. The s... read more
