PMI OKC was Horrible company to work for! Great concept, but horrible owner boss! Owner wanted me to do unethical tasks. Under paid all of her employees and expected too much in unrealistic amount of rime.
I paid $80 for them to run my application for me and my fiancée but according to my credit report they never ran a check on my credit! I been on my job for 12 years and make well over $50,000/yr. , have no evictions and nothing on my background but my application was denied. If they were just going to look at it and deny me w/o checking my credit why take my $80?? I guess if you get enough money from application fees they can collect the rent lost on the home because it’s just sitting there!!
The employees that I dealt with were fantastic. Jenny the owner of the company was another story. I was told by her that she was to busy to meet in person with me to discuss my property after I signed that is. The office was generally closed as the people she hired grew tired of how they were being treated. She refused to give me back the pet deposit and also my maintenance reserve. I filed a complaint against her because I don't think she handled the situation correctly.
I'm a current resident through this company. I have unfulfilled maintenance from December. We are on bank draft but they keep emailing us saying that we owe rent. The full rental amount has been in our account a week before it's even due to be drafted. Our lease is expiring and we are trying to renew, but they will not follow through on all of our attempts to communicate with them.
