It has been 5 months, no owners withdraw yet. He says, he transferred, 13 days ago.. He is a lier.. Frustration is , he goes frequently incognito, mute, unresponsive for weeks and months, whenever he wants to cover some screw up of his side. Now looking for a lawyer to go after this guy. Jeremy Brenneman stole our money and I am filing a police report and a lawsuit against him. Not only did he not turn over vacant units, he never paid forward the rent he collected. When we had to go to his physical office to get paid the money he owed us, he wrote bad checks and has since never returned phone calls. He did not populate the portal with accurate information and was dishonest on multiple occasions. Thank god we are no longer doing business with him. Run far away from him!!!
