I’ll start by saying I have never stayed at a PMI Oconee Property. But I was called by the principal manager about advertising on my Bulldawgs Football Posters in September of 2023, after seeing my Posters at Lake Oconee. Ken asked me to get in touch with him the following Spring so he could run on the 2024 Posters in multiple markets. He was not only difficult to reach then, but slow in approving his Ad Design for the first edition which made that poster late to press. We had a great stay in Lake Oconee. The home was beautiful and perfect for our group. We were bummed to see that there was no basketball hoop even though it was in the pictures but the kids had fun by the lake and fire pit. Ken was accommodating making sure we had enough supplies throughout our stay.
Ken and his team are detailed and hands-on with a knowledge of property management that gets bookings and 5-star guest reviews.
Escape to Wildwood was the most beautiful home with all kinds of amenities and friendly touches, including a basket of "Welcome" snacks. We spent 3 nights with friends while in Eatonton for our son's wedding Sep 30. We all loved it! We highly recommend this home for any getaway. Right on beautiful Lake Oconee.
