Absolutely awful and ridiculous, and I’m not one to write bad reviews. If I could give 0 stars I would. Ever since they took over our HOA we get ridiculous complaints, and they can’t even bother to keep the playgrounds maintained. I would not buy in a community run by PMI again.
Do not work with this company if you have a choice.
I paid my annual dues via check at the office 01/08. My dashboard shows that I still owe money. I have emailed the company five times and called them about 20 with no response or callback. I just stopped by the office again and all the lights were out in the door is locked even though it says that the office is open right now.
They do not return calls. Went to the office in Johnstown in the middle of the day, door was locked, lights off, they seem to be out of buisness.
