1 Star (would give zero if possible) PMI North Texas manages a unit in a majority middle aged retirement community in Frisco where the townhomes share common walls. For nearly a year, the tenants placed directly next to my home have smoked marijuana almost daily, and the odor consistently permeates through the shared walls, attic space, and ventilation into multiple rooms of my unit.
