I’ve worked with PMI North Texas for 2 years as a property owner and have been extremely impressed. Communication is always easy, they’re very professional and responsive, and rents are settled on time. Most importantly, they find qualified renters quickly. They work with multiple vendors for repairs and installations, and were flexible when I preferred to order my own items. When I refinanced my properties, they coordinated everything smoothly to ensure the process went without a hitch. Highly recommend.

I rented a house through PMI for 3 years, they have one of the easiest websites to navigate for payments and requests for repairs. Requests and messages are always responded to promptly and they even do follow ups to make sure the issue has been taken care of. The employees are very personable and friendly, I have zero complaints about this company. If you find a home you like and PMI is the company listing it, put in an offer immediately because the service alone will make it worth it!
