PMI North Texas is a fantastic property management company as they have been wonderful to work with as a tenant. An example is: For months, had a dark rust color in our water from the master bathtub and guest shower. Hailey at PMI GREATLY helped us a few weeks ago get a quality contractor to the house fast. Long story short, we needed a new hot water tank replacement and she was able to somehow coordinate tight schedules and open availability so a brand new hot water tank could be placed asap. PMI is very professional, timely with their communication, and prompt when any repair is needed. They made the whole process for my client Seemless and would highly recommend PMI to any of my clients in the future.
Crew did a fantastic job with replacing the hvac. And they really cleaned the place up when they left. Very professional.
