Do Not use this company. They lack a fundamental understanding of property management services and customer service. They will treat you and your tenants with disdain, which will drive current and future tenants away. My past tenants have informed me that this company was unresponsive to their calls and emails, leaving them frustrated and led to their decision to move out. The company owner Tara is a fraud. Having collected rents from the tenants, they don't pay the owners. Be extremely careful and cautious dealing with this firm.
