Wendy and her team took over management of our rental in April and WOW - we didn't realize what we were missing out on. She is really on top of her communication, knows so many local contacts to help with rental issues/fixes, and is just all around so knowledgeable. Honestly, we are feeling a lot more optimistic about our rentals now that she is involved. Highly recommend PMI Lafayette! Cannot thank them enough for all of their efforts with getting our rentals up to speed.
Ms. Theresa LaCour is an OUTSTANDING real estate agent and resource. I have lived in my little house for 6 years. This morning I woke up and I had a tree uprooted and fallen on my house. Called my landlord and within hours the tree was all cut down and they will be back out first thing Monday morning to fix the broken weather vien on the side of my house. Thay are awesome.... Great job PMI.
I got a tour today from Katie and Kacey! They both were very welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful with my tour at 2 different houses listed for rent! They have made me the most comfortable while being on tour of houses since moving to Indiana!
