Working with PMI has been great. Annette and Zed were always helpful, offering clear and prompt communications. The property is well maintained and offers nice appliances which was convenient. The air conditioning in our unit was phenomenal and functioned efficiently without running up a high electric bill. The location of our apartment at Prima Terra was in my opinion the best possible place to live in Lafayette being in walking distance of parks, shops, bars and restaurants.
