It’s refreshing to work with a property management company that is reliable, organized, and genuinely cares about both the property and the people involved. I would highly recommend Lester and his team to anyone looking for dependable and professional property management services.
I am on the board of directors for a small condo association and we hired PMI Green Rock three years ago to help manage our condo association. We have worked with three different managers within their company, and all three of them have been great. MIguel Conde - Couldn’t Ask for a Better Property Manager! We honestly feel so lucky to have him as our property manager. He helped us find a plumber, found an electrician for us, helped us with our water heater situation, and even took the time to personally check our deck to m... read more
I can’t say enough great things about this company and the whole staff. From start to finish they were great with keeping me updated and ensuring all paperwork was completed on time. Jennifer was amazing! She was so patient and helpful throughout my whole process. I am grateful to have worked with PMI and I would recommend them to all.
