PMI green country is destroying our property value over here at Rain Tree Silver Ridge Condominiums in Tulsa, OK and has zero concern or respect for the people who own the properties they “manage”. Not sure they even check on the property much less are willing to work with any owners to correct concerns in a TIMELY manner. But they get their HOA fees that’s for sure!!
I could not be more pleased with PMI Green Country or their professional and superior management of our condo association at Chimney Ridge! Shane is an exemplary employee and always responsive to my questions or shared concerns. PMI Green Country is TURNING AROUND our community in the best possible way and I thank them.

Almost Every single year my HOA fees increase, but Every single year my neighborhood gets more trashy. Side walks jacked up or not connected, ATT jacked up so many peoples yards, Dogs just roam the streets off leash, people park in the street year round some cars broken down for months, yards overgrown constantly, trash cans left out all week long, cars blocking sidewalks, and whole sections caked im graffiti. Worthless.
