WORST COMPANY EVER! Currently in the process of taking the company to court for never giving us our deposit back. It’s been months and we never received anything. Had to hire a process server and pay for court. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had when renting a home. John Khayat is destroying this company and his broker needs to get involved.

I met John Khayat at the AZ REIA club, he did a presentation of his company and after having 3 different management companies and gone through at least 12 property managers through those 3 companies. John have been manager over our community starting fourth year now. He does take everything presented to him seriously and has great people skills to help with the homeowners who just do not understand things the way they are written. Johnn khayat got a $140,000 quick loan for my HOA. he left my name on the paperwork and I resigned from the board. I had no idea my name was on the loan application and that he got a 3 member board this loan and you need 4 people to be a legally constituted board. He put my name on the docs and never told me and lied to the community for a year and a half. I found out it will cost me about $40,000 to have 3 board members resign and replace the money. Tried reaching out nearly 4 months after I moved out to check up on my security deposit that I never received. I have tried dozens of times to reach out and every time they blow me off. BEWARE!

John never keeps his promises. Says he will get back to you but you won’t hear from him for months, even after multiple attempts.
