John and Priscilla have always taken good care of me and my family. We rented from them for 6 years in Mount Juliet. John McVoy and the staff at Goldfeather PM are very professional and have always been kind. They have given great customer service. It gives me peace of mind as a homeowner that my property is being taken care of and that the tenants renting the property are being taken care of also. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a PM company.
Wonderul two year journey with this team. Moving from NYC with a newborn was tough, but having a secure place to rent made it easier! Goldfeather is extremley thorough, but that is what you want when finding a home and spending that kind of money. They use tech. to take photo's and ensure all is documented. It's fair and better then the usual landlord battle. Kind people as well with John and P. Thank you. A.
As a first time renter, I am very impressed with PMI Goldfeather. They do a great job responding with any questions or concerns we have with the property we rent. Also, they have never hesitated to send repairmen out to fix and any issues we’ve had (which have been very few.) They have definitely made my family’s move across to country a much less stressful experience.

The building is stunning and the unit is so spacious for the cost, compared to other comparable units. Absolutely no noises from neighbors because the building is built so well.
