Love Priscilla and John! Amazing property managers! I've been a tenant for 2 years and have loved my time staying at the ICON, unit 1608. The building is stunning and the unit is so spacious for the cost, compared to other comparable units. Absolutely no noises from neighbors because the building is built so well. John and Priscilla are fantastic and I came here specifically to compliment them! As a renter/ tenant, we viewed properties on our own schedule with the lock box feature, all documents were signed online, and all maintenance requests are online as well. The company has made everything accessible and easy for tenants, especially those of us who are busy and rely on technology. John McVoy and the staff at Goldfeather PM are very professional and have always been kind. They have given great customer service. It gives me peace of mind as a homeowner that my property is being taken care of and that the tenants renting the property are being taken care of also. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a PM company.
I have been a customer since December 2017. John McVoy has been very engaged from day-one. I could not ask for a better, trustworthy property manager. I do not live in the area, so all of my communications are on the phone or via email. All of the initial paperwork was very easy to sign electronically. PMI provides detailed statements each month and my rent check has never been late. Great job, John and team at PMI GOLDfeather Property Management. I highly recommend their services.
