Where do I start? First off they barely answer the phone. I put in an application on a house and was communicating back and forth with Cathy about a house I was interested in. She emailed me back and I requested information that I had already sent it. I sent it again only to wake up this morning from an email saying the house had been rented. So why would you email me knowing it had been rented and take my application fee if you had other applications on the house already. Just doesn’t make sense. You all need to do better.
