DO NOT RENT from Jeff, PMI Gatekeeper Properties. He is deceitful and cheap. Saw this apartment on Zillow, rent said $850 plus gas & electric. Met Jeff in person to see the place. He confirmed the monthly price. The first floor had a musky smell. Went downstairs to the basement, which I had to ask to see, and it smelled AWFUL. I have asthma and was concerned. DO NOT rent from this property management company. If you want to be dismissed, ignored, and talked to condescendingly then go for it. The house I moved into has mold, and developed an ant issue at the start of spring. Here’s the best part! It’s my toddlers fault. Alll the more reason for me to KEEP my house clean. The PMI Gatekeeper team has been managing my properties for 18 months. Jeff and the team have done a great job with all aspects of the business – Communication, ledger reconciling, property maintenance, and tenant management. Their rate is fair and service is excellent.
