DO NOT rent from this property management company. If you want to be dismissed, ignored, and talked to condescendingly then go for it. Mail box is full ; unable to speak with anyone
The PMI Gatekeeper team has been managing my properties for 18 months. Jeff and the team have done a great job with all aspects of the business – Communication, ledger reconciling, property maintenance, and tenant management. Their rate is fair and service is excellent. If you’re an investor looking for a professional property management company I strongly recommend PMI.
Talked to Jeff about a rental property I was considering and he seemed almost annoyed to have to explain what his company does. Asked a few specific questions, and would get responses such as, 'I've never heard of that before. Where are you hearing that from?' I eventually found out he could only service Ohio which was fine but he seemed completely done with the call upon hearing this and promptly hung up while I was trying to say something right after saying, "you probably should have started with that question." maybe I ju... read more
