Completely incompetent, showed up to view a rental by confirmed emails that I sent the company when we had to reschedule because they “didn’t see us on the schedule”. After viewing the rental we immediately applied, it is 4 weeks later and we have to harass via text, email and phone in order to get a response. We are going in person to demand a refund for our background check and are so glad we read previous reviews so we didn’t follow through with renting with Andrew. We’ve been trying for months to get someone to return our calls and emails. It’s been crickets. The worst I’ve ever seen. In the meantime, our HOA fees went up .
PMI manages our property while my husband and I are stationed overseas. It has been a nightmare. Everything was fine before we signed the contract. But now we have issues with trying to get someone to return our calls or emails. I would drop them but we signed a 3 year contract with our teanants. I am in the in the process of reporting this company to the BBB. Others situations have occurured that have left us dissapointed in how our house has been managed. Like Share
