Very bad management, almost impossible to contact, It took 1 month of follow up to get phone call response
After reading the reviews for this company, I see why most people are so unsatisfied. I paid for a background check and had the company run it. Good credit, great income, no evictions. Haven't heard from him since. No return of calls or texts.
Not professional, doesn’t answer calls, sets up appointments and then doesn’t show up. App fee paid and then doesn’t respond

Completely incompetent, showed up to view a rental by confirmed emails that I sent the company when we had to reschedule because they “didn’t see us on the schedule”. After viewing the rental we immediately applied, it is 4 weeks later and we have to harass via text, email and phone in order to get a response. We are going in person to demand a refund for our background check and are so glad we read previous reviews so we didn’t follow through with renting with Andrew. We’ve been trying for months to get someone to return our calls and emails. It’s been crickets. The worst I’ve ever seen. In the meantime, our HOA fees went up .
We have had issues in our homes for months Andrew never addressed. When confronted through phone, he began to answer as AJ stating that Andrew was not in and didn't tell him about the issues. Horrible Property Manager that lies about having a staff and office. The HVAC issues has led to an electric bill of over $400 and toilet and other water issues led to a bill of over $300. PMI manages our property while my husband and I are stationed overseas. It has been a nightmare. Everything was fine before we signed the contract. But now we have issues with trying to get someone to return our calls or emails. I would drop them but we signed a 3 year contract with our teanants. I am in the in the process of reporting this company to the BBB. Others situations have occurured that have left us dissapointed in how our house has been managed. Like Share
