Horrible people to deal with. -6 months of maintenance issues STILL unresolved. -Lost rent checks MULTIPLE times. -Rude and incompetent staff.-Emailed DIFFERENT rent due amounts MULTIPLE times. -They evict tenants If carpet and paint is needed.Overall the most HORRIBLE rent management I've dealt with in 40 years of renting !!!

Everything he states is a lie. Owner of property wants to renovate the unit and asked us, the property manager to terminate his tenancy. He refused to move out (So much for bad management if he does not want to move) Eviction was filed and granted because he refused to move out at the end of his tenancy. So now he submits reviews with lies as he has no other recourse and it is his way of trying to get back at us

Arrogant landlord agency owner! Tim M**** retaliated against me when I called the city building inspector and numerous violations were found in property. Was served with 14 day eviction notice 10 days after given to correct violations. He has taken me to court and is trying to evict me. He even has based his eviction on problems a nosey neighbor has with me. The neighbor spies and records me whenever I choose to have guests over and I am outside.
