This is the most awful group of people I have ever had to deal with. We moved here from out of state and rented a home from PMI. The upstairs carpet stank when we moved in and they told us to get it cleaned. The carpet cleaner we hired told us it was cat pee and he had already cleaned this house before we moved in and there probably wasn’t much cleaning it would do since it was probably in the subfloor.
