This is the most awful group of people I have ever had to deal with. We moved here from out of state and rented a home from PMI. The upstairs carpet stank when we moved in and they told us to get it cleaned. The carpet cleaner we hired told us it was cat pee and he had already cleaned this house before we moved in and there probably wasn’t much cleaning it would do since it was probably in the subfloor. Absolutely love Andrea the realtor with this company very down to earth and we felt very comfortable with her. Yes we met the property manager Keith and he is also awesome as well also goes a long way that he is military we love that thank you guys for all your help

We are beyond grateful for Andrea and her team. Our family has been through a lot. She treats us with the utmost respect. She cares about us, and anyone she connects with. So many property management businesses treat people like a number, instead of a person, and don't take into consideration what clients have been through. PMI Eagles are a gem. PMI IS BY FAR THE BEST RENTAL COMPANY WE'VE RENTED FROM. WE WENT FROM A WORTHLESS COMPANY CALLED "4RENT PROPERTIES" TO PEACE. ITS SO NICE TO DEAL WITH A COMPANY THAT SEES YOU AS MORE THAN JUST A RENT PAYMENT. WE'VE PUT IN MAINTENANCE REQUESTS AND THEY WERE VERY PROMPT TO GET THEM DONE AND THE VENDORS ARE SUPER NICE PEOPLE.THANK YOU PMI FOR BEING WHAT A RENTAL COMPANY IS SUPPOSED TO BE. ALSO SHOUT OUT TO DREA SHE CAN EVEN HELP THOSE OF YOU OUT THAT ARE LOOKING TO PURCHASE A HOME!!!
