First and foremost I am the neighbor. Kim only takes pictures when it looks bad however it only looks bad for maybe a day or two she never takes the pictures when the patio is cleaned up when all the garbage is gone you know that's not what she does. sure things inside my apartment get dixed, well a crappy handyman is hired to fix them. have made multiple complaints about my neighbors in my fourplex and they’ve been ignored every time. months and months and my property manger doesn’t seem to care at all. horrible management
I've lived nextdoor to one of Mr Wang's tenants for the past year and it has been a truly awful experience. We live in condominiums so it's close quarters. For the past year his tenant has been smoking cigarettes and marijuana inside her unit which causes mine to have a really unpleasant smell. I believe they received a lease violation for the marijuana and it stopped for a period of time but over the past couple months has started again.
