Don't go with this awful company! They couldn't rent out our property for 4 months after we terminated our contract with them they charged us $850 just for marketing even though they didn't put our property on MLS!
If you are looking for a management company to manage a real estate asset, I would stay away from PMI Elevation. I live next door to a property under management by PMI. The tenants are not vetted and last set the one main girl was running what appeared to be an airbnb with lots of different people coming and going. Jim Shonts lacks the emotional intelligence and maturity necessary to professionally run a business and manage property on an owner's behalf. Throughout our contract Jim was combative, defensive, reactionary, impulsive and petty. When I inquired about the listing process due to no communication, Jim responded defensively and condescendingly, after being asked questions repeatedly with no response.
