We had a horrible experience. We scheduled a showing, no one showed up, we put in an app and told we were next in line, then they gave the rental to someone else. We would hear different things from different people and it was actually difficult to try and rent the property. We had cash ready to go for weeks but couldn't get effective communication from them. I don't know about other PMI locations but I would stay clear of this one.
