PMI, absolutely the worse! They half fix things, they don’t get to it in a timely manner. Very extremely unprofessional
They rent homes that are not cleaned properly. When I moved in the stove had so much grease and gunk it took me days to clean. I’ve had issues from day one. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. They have no concern for health and safety as my floor is flooded right now due to their water heater being so old and giving out. The guy who fixes things isn’t licensed and he stated the wood floor would absorb the water yet it is making me sick being in a cold house and having to deal with the floor being cold and wet.
