Fabulous property management! They seek my input on all issues so I can choose the level of involvement I desire on everything that comes up. They always inform me of their actions when I delegate issues to them to handle!
PMI East Bay attempted to retroactively raise my rent in Oakland without a RAP notice. An informal email was sent, in January, with a request to pay the increase retroactively from December. PMI East Bay seemed unaware of tenants law and needed me to educate them on Oakland tenants rights, despite being the professionals. Additionally, they have not adhered to the conditions of my original lease agreement, have not made requested repairs and are inconsistent with communication. JP and his team are true professionals, and they came through in a big way for us when we decided to rent out our house instead of selling it. Expectations were clear from the beginning, and he found us a renter in a very short time. Thank you so much!
JP and his team are fantastic. As soon as I met JP, I realized I was in good hands. Finding my new home was not an easy process this year, and it was pretty confusing at times. We sometimes need someone trustworthy to guide us through the process, and in my experience, there's no one better than JP and his team at PMI. I highly recommend him.
