Should have checked reviews prior to, they got me for a application fee $75 , and never once have I been able to speak to any one seems I’m not the first they have got and refuse to refund the money even though my app has never been used for anything and from the looks of it over priced run down housing and the office people have no clue about anything and are of zero help avoid this place at all cost , I will get my $75 back one way or another count on that . If I could give negative stars I would. Ive been a resident in a home of theirs since August 2025. And this home is complete health and saftey hazard. When we first moved in we found a asbestos in our vents. There's mice that come in and out if our home and leave their feces everywhere. There's no restroom fan or window so the poor ventilation im sure causes mold, this rental company also rejected doing a mildew test on the house. Terrible service. Terrible maintenance service. Very on their time of handling things for new tenants. First day in home: Non working stove Broken garage Broken closet door Broken fence Just broke broke broke Oh and of course they want rent to paid on time with all these non working things in the home.
Absolute Trash Company. Cory Brokert is the reason my beloved, perfectly healthy, 7 year old Great Pyrenes dog is dead from a rat bite today. I also read a similar story about someones cat getting sick here in the reviews. Background I made a maintenance request at the beginning of summer for some repairs—a drippy bath faucet, tape around tub coming up, a crack in the shower wall, and a window broken on my front porch.
