I have had experience with several property management companies and PMI is by far the worst I have ever had to work with. Jason can be hard to get a hold of, his accounting for HOAs makes no sense, and I had to work way harder when he was managing our HOA than when I self-managed. He promises a lot and provides very little. His pitch will reel you in but then he nickels and dimes you for everything and you’ll end up paying more than double than what’s listed in the proposal (and you’ll work harder managing him). I have hired them many times, and they have always delivered quality results. PMI Corpus is a strong leader regionally. CC PMI in Rancho Vista is unknown.
