The PMI CC office is ran with integrity and transparency. I can attest that Ashley Blackwood is an exceptional property manager, always going above and beyond with customer service on all things HOA related. While Jason works extremely hard in both the HOA and residential housing communities. At PMI they work very hard to provide fast and exceptional service to all of thier clients.
I’ve had multiple frustrating experiences with PMI, but today was especially disappointing. I received an email about a vehicle that needed to be moved—with no photo, no location, and barely any notice. If it had been my car, it might’ve been towed without warning. I tried calling the office four times today and got nothing but voicemail. No response. This isn’t the first time I’ve felt ignored or disrespected.
